When should I order a cake?
All cakes are made to order. We require a minimum of three weeks’ notice for single-tier designs and at least six weeks for larger or multi-tier orders.

Availability is limited and dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage booking as early as possible, as popular dates do fill quickly.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations: Clients may cancel an order with more than 60 days advance notice from the fulfillment date for a full refund. If the order is canceled within 60 days from the fulfillment date, no refund will be issued.

Order Changes: Design or order modifications require a minimum of 30 days’ notice. No changes can be made within 30 days of the fulfillment date..
​
Date Change: Pickup dates may be rescheduled with at least 30 days’ notice and must be moved to a later date than originally booked. Orders cannot be rescheduled to an earlier date.

Do you ship your cakes?

Can I customize a cake design?
When completing the Custom Order form, please share your vision in detail, including your event aesthetic, color palette, and overall theme. The more clarity you provide, the more intentionally we can design.
Order fulfillment is based on design scope, event date, and booking availability, and is not guaranteed until confirmed. We ask clients to trust our artistic direction so we can create a truly one-of-a-kind piece.
Pricing is determined by cake size and overall design complexity and will always be clearly communicated before your order is finalized.

Cake Care & Storage
For the best flavor and texture, allow the cake to sit at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
Do not place the cake in direct sunlight or leave it out for more than 3 hours, as this may affect its structure and finish.

For leftovers, press plastic wrap directly against any exposed cake to seal in moisture, then wrap securely with foil to protect from refrigerator odors. Store refrigerated and enjoy within 3 days for optimal freshness.
